US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton admitted her failure to protect the life of US diplomats in Libya. Will she admit irresponsible steps of US in Libya and to make Gaddafi face trial ? Is she can deny that US help to kill Gaddafi without trial ? When Gaddafi was killed Libya was under full control of U S A .

I see that you are in India. I appreciate your interest in US politics and foreign affairs. That is good as it affects the world. My opinion as a US citizen, this administration is making a mess of our foreign affairs. they are butting in where it is not necessary and ignoring our enemies. This will prove to be very dangerous for the US and the rest of the world. Clinton has taken the blame here, but make no mistake, the Clintons will not stand by and be torn down, they will take Obama with them.

Hi laglen, now US is the only superpower of the world. Its foreign policy influences the whole world. So we get concerned about US policy. We don't bother whether Democrats are in power or Republicans.

Obama is her "boss"...I'd be willing to bet she was just following his command...why she is taking the fall for him, is beyond me!

Because she is inviting her fall. She has great influence over Obama.

This spring many lauded the many uprisings going on in the middle east, but others were not so optimistic seeing it as too much o[opportunity for abusers to step into the void and wrestle control of a country leaving the poor folks of the country in a more precarious position than before! This of course has certainly occurred in Egypt as well, another sort of ally to the u.s. but not anymore I'm quite sure!

Yes the Middle East and the North African Muslim countries now are in a mess. May be it ts a transitional period of these countries. I think US is trying to take benefit from this situation.
