Dear friend Mylotters
I am writing this letter to tell all my friends of Mylot, that in the last days, I feel very tired and unmotivated!
It is very strange, because when I'm better, usually I have a great deal of stamina. But I believe that my lazy, dependent on the weather.
In fact, in recent days, the weather is getting worse, it's raining and the temperature dropped a few degrees.
Although I can sleep well, I almost never want to do anything. This annoys me!
The summer has passed, now there is only the memory of a past season on the fun.
Right now, I'm in apathy. I'd like to do a lot more, but I realize I do not have the energy.
Hope that it passes quickly this time, I do not want to make a living from-nothing. My life, however, even though I have the age of 37, has yet to be planned.

Maybe it's just the weather that's affecting you now. I hope you'll feel better soon. Hope you'll find something that will lift up your spirit and enjoy life once again.

These bouts will not last and if they do then you need to do something about. And if it is lack of energy there are so many ways that can help you get it back.

Well, at the moment the only rational explanation that comes to my mind, at least in my case is the change of season. All of us now have the good weather behind us and we are entering the ugly sad winter. For many people this affects their state of mind.

I like to describe life as an elevator, sometimes we're up and sometimes we are down. What good is an elevator if it is always up? I actually feel that we need down time. But we can't stay down for too long as then we have a serious problem. So I hope your down time will end soon.

Yes, I had not thought of it all as compared to an elevator. It goes both uphill and downhill. For me at the time that elevator is on the bottom. I hope that it goes back as soon as possible, for me and for all!

Maybe you need some break so why not give yourself some time to rest.
But if you think you are having too much idle time- then run and sweat off all the laziness in you.
Sometimes we need to motivate ourself to do the things that we don't want to do, because we need and we should do it not to make our life stagnant.

Well, you know, just for the fact that I find myself at the age of 37 years old, still unemployed, this is already wrong!
I am also very unmotivated because the situation regarding the work in Italy, especially in this period, is very critical.
However, I sometimes feel equally to force myself to do things not quite like it, because I do not want to to surrender to apathy.

Then I have to deduce from the answers that are coming to my question, which is not only a time my apathetic. Unfortunately, it seems to me that in the last few days many of you are going through the same time. Maybe I'm wrong?

I think sometimes we get that apathetic feeling when our bodies are wanting us to slow down for a while and re-charge our internal batteries.

I know what you want to do. I have to study right now but i wan't to do it, and I don't know why. I always doesn't have problem of this type and it's strange don't want to do that. But if I have to do something, if it like me I do it and if it doens't, I don't.

Well, I must however point out that I am living in apathy in recent days. For my luck, it is not always the case.
I hope that in your case, it is just a fleeting moment.

YOu're feeling under the weather literally speaking.Well, I think it's true that weather affects our mood.Whenever I am in Korea,I don't feel like doing anything also. The weather is too cold, very conducive for hibernating.I usually snooze the day out.I think I am going to be on that phase again because I'll be leaving in mid-autumn for my yearly vacation in Korea.
