What does "i" stands for in most of the cell phone models? / myLot

i tried asking this question to alot of people but noone knows. Can anyone tell me what does "i" stands for in most of the modern age cell phone models? like.. sony ericssion k700i, nokia 6230i etc etc..

I think the "i" in the mobile names stands for an enhanced version. Like the 9300 communicator comes without a camera however the 9300i comes with the camera. Thats what i think the difference is

no i dont think thats the reason.. because we have sony k300i .. its enchanced verson is k350i .. its nothing like that.. anyways thanks for replying..
