One of the biggest challenges for people striving to get out of poverty by starting an income generating activity is deciding what to sell. Many just see what their neighbors are doing and the same thing. Unfortunately, this seldom works; instead, it tends to flood the market with competitors who drives the prices down, So if it isn't wise to sell what your neighbors sell, How do I find a good idea and how do i know which ideas are real opportunities to help you work your way out of poverty????????

The best way is to make a market research and feasibility study.

Hello Mariemay! Welcome to myLot!
You seemed to be a businessminded too like me. I am in the busines too.
Well, I believe there are many opportunities to sell or start a new business. Think what are the needs in your neighborhood if youre planning to sell or have a business in your home. Think of things that other people may not see -- be it in terms of products or services. My business may not be saleable in your are and it helps if you know what you are selling well
