it is possible for human beings to move objects with their minds, but this man's case is very different, a chines man moved objects with his mind in this video, all i have to say to this is that this is insane, how is it possible for something like this to happen

Our mind is very powerful. Normal people uses only 10 percent of mind capability. Meaning, it is really possible. There are schools who teaches this kind of mind power.

Yes telekinesis(TK)/psychokinesis(PK) exist. Yes everyone can learn, but for some it maybe harder for others. Start practicing on smaller objects and meditating to clear the mind of noise of your thoughts. Imagine being one with the object, image the object as an extra limb, and imagine your energy with its energy. Some people will pretend they can do telekinesis.

I have heard and watch videos regarding those kind of acts. I somehow believe that they have some kind of mind power, I hope I can see someone do that in person, as in in front of me. That would be cool! Happy myLotting!

Yes my friend, there are really some persons who have this ability. I think it's called telekineses. They can move objects through their minds.
I just hope this Chinese man will use it for goodness.
