About memorizing

hello..I have a lot of materials that I have to learn and I feel like I'm not capable to memorize them or when I think I learn it next day I forget all my lesson! I really need some help in this problem, because I feel like the exams are approching and I thing I will get a lot of bad marks! So how I can improve my memorty? :-s

I think you should focus on your lessons so that when ever your exam will approach you are very ready for that.Do not stress yourself too much. Just stay focus and lend your time to study.Take a little bit relaxation and then study again.

It is really not advisable to memorize contents of your lessons but rather understand them. After you will be memorizing it, recalling such will just follow.
