Reality show for Big Bird?

This is not a political discussion, this is for fun. But I want to state facts. Obama's campaign is saying that Romney wants to fire Big Bird. In fact, Romney said he would cut funding to PBS. This would not put PBS out of business. Gov funding is a small percentage of their budget, they will be fine. That being said, it made me think maybe Big Bird could get his own reality show. I am looking for ideas. If you had to come up with a concept for Big Bird, what would it be?

Well, first of all you have to start the show showing Sesame street. But a real city scene. Then you could have all the sesame characters living there. And like all those other reality shows, you could have them talk about basically nothing at all. They could touch on politics, they could touch on religion, and they could also go shopping. But I wonder if they would have all that money like those women on those reality shows. I think it should be more realistic.

Please do, and yes I am amazed that there are so many terrible shows out there, and they just keep adding to it. Talk about good money after bad.

Well, if Mitt Romney becomes president, poor Big Bird will be out of a job, so I think that he should start thinking about a reality show.

#1 This was meant to be fun #2 The US government funds 10% of PBS's budget. No, sesame street will not be going anywhere, But if PBS can pay Ms. Kerger $632,233 in annual compensation—as reported on the 990 tax forms all nonprofits are required to file—surely it can operate without tax dollars. http://online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424052748703559604576176663789314074.html?mod=WSJ_Opinion_LEADTop

The Govt gives PBS $445 million a year (at least this year), plus they get the private donations and all sales proceeds from everything they sell like all the toys etc. And Sesame Street isn't the only show on PBS. But if Big Bird did have a talk show...I am sure Obama would be a regular! He's on every other talk show regularly so why not BB's?
