So why does paypal limit all these ptc sites acct.??

Seem like paypal is limiting alot of ptc sites accts. these days. or is it just an excuse to use to run off with our money??

Yes, some of them get limited but mostly they just use it as the excuse to scam their members. Only registered company with a real products that allow by paypal, but have a limitation on sending and receiving.
