The two sides of the character of people

Why do some people at home are so overbearing,the family said what an ear into an ear,and when the top few,while other say out what is what,then obey;while some people at home and everywhere constraints,family members say what is what,and was able to work independently,outside overbearing?

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Yes i can understand your feelings very much and it is pretty much common to see double sided people around us. It is pretty obvious that we all have two sided of a character but we should always portray our best side to the people and keep our wrong side hidden. But when people are done with their tasks and selfish needs they just give a damn to us and leave us.
