Can a body of a woman who got pregnant can shrink like to it's pre-pregnant look

There was a friend of mind who ones got pregnant and having problem losing weight.
She wanted to see herself on the mirror like the curves before she got pregnant.
Can anyone advice if its possible that a woman can be morphed back to original shape coz it seems that my friend's rib cage seems different from the time before she got a baby.

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well it is a common issue with most of the pregnant woman who have weight issues before and after the delivery period. Most of the ladies tends to become heavier during their pregnancy period which is a result of the hormonal changes and also after the delivery there are certain changes that takes place in a woman that alters her weight. It is very difficult to retain the same old look and weight.
What say?

I guess the genes of the person dictates what she looks after pregnancy. Hormones is something to blacme on this one, like the slowing of metabolism. I also observed that the chest isnt same shape even the prepregnancy weight is same afterd delivery.
