BPI to Gcash fund transfer problem

I just activated my BPI mobile banking (received the MPIN and changed it) and register to Gcash. Then I tried to put some funds from BPI to Gcash using the bank's menu but it failed to transfer even though there's no error message.
What do you think is the problem? Thank you very much in advance!
