Making a pot roast tomight- here for dinner.

Nice!!! A pot roast. Can I come for dinner? LOL. Well what you should make with it is potatoes and carrots. They always seem to go good with a Pot Roast. And if you want you could even make some other vegetables, like maybe Broccoli. Enjoy the dinner.

When I make a big pot roast, I add potatoes, onions and carrots. I will also make gravy out of the juices from the pot roast. The next day I make hot roast sandwiches with the left overs.

Left over pot roast is good for any thing really! you can use it as sandwich filling with some lettuce and tomatoes or make a spanish tortilla. just cut the meat very fine and add some fry onions and garlic and if you have vegies left over put them in as well....add this mixture to 4 or 5 beaten eggs and cook it all in a fry pan...when the bottom is cooked you can turn it over or put it under the grill to cook the top...to make it fancy you can always add some grated cheese on top and grilled until golden and bubbly...add a salad on the side and you have a great dinner! happy cooking.

I like it with cooked veggies al dente. Favorites of mine are broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, small potatoes. I'm sure you`ll enjoy it. You can also have some bread and an onion,garlic, cilantro and hot chile sauce on the side

Wow pot roast! Love it! How i wish that I am living near to your house and have some pot roast and i am sure it's very delicious. Usually when i have a left over pot roast I make a fill and fill with pot roast and veggies.
