Rain is coming and I have my clothes wet

rain season is coming. it's the third day that rain comes almost everyday. I don't hate rain, except I found my clothes has not been dried yet for days. it makes me very lazy to wash my clothes because when your clothes is not dried in the same day, it might smell bad in the following day ( and the following day is rain too ). I want to laundry it for instance, but the laundry station is very far from my current place. so I tried to dry it under lamp light and you can guess it, it's not dried at all and result different than you dry it under the sun.
well, anyone experience this?? have you got rain your place?

We are well into autumn here which means all our clothes when washed have to be tumbled dried and I hate that, I love putting my washing out in the sun, it always smells so fresh and nice. Tumble drying makes the clothes all warm and screwed up and it is also more expensive to tumble dry clothes. Our weather can be very temperamental it can be sunny in the morning and in the afternoon a cloud burst and all the washing is wet again.

yeah, dry it by the sun make it smell more fresh. it's different to dry it naturally than with man made product. hope the rainy ends soon

I hate rain when its laundry day that makes the clothes hard to wet and sometimes lead to awful odor after.
It rainy season here but the weather is sunny this whole week.Seems odd but last month really rains almost everyday.
