Hi- As dpk suggested above, you can do it through your CC or DC better than your Paypal account as Indians are not allowed to transfer funds to another account inland even if you had money in your account. Besides why would you want to use your transaction through Paypal while you have easier options available!!

I understand paypal authorities do not allow us to retain our earnings in our paypal amount. They immediately transfer our amount to our Saving bank A/c or credit card A/c. You could then use your money from account through your debit card for on line purchase.
