Are there any runners here?

I am new to the site, and I don't really know what to post about, so I guess I 'll just start with one of my hobbies and see if I can meet someone here!
I personally have been running for only ~2 years but I am in love with it. I love the rush it gives (which some might call runners high).
what about you guys?

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well glad to see u on Mylot and i hope u will have a great time on this site both learning and earning. Well i too love running although i have left touch due to my studies but whenever i get time i make it a point to run and keep myself fit. It is of course good and healthy for our body.

I run a lot and quite enjoy talking about it, check out some of the other discussions on running, in the interests list as well as the relateds that pop up on the side.
I ran 20 years ago in high school but I've only been running seriously again for about 2 years as well. Do you just run for fun and fitness or do you race? I'm a serious racer, I have stuff lined up every month. Getting ready right now for my last team relay for the year, Vegas Ragnar in early Nov.
Runner's high is one reason I do it, if I didn't love running, I would quit right now lol.
