The top three sides from the IPL are all out of the CL T20. After KKR went out yesterday, today Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings also crashed out of CL T20 once Highveld Lions won their match. So now the only IPL team with a chance for the semis is the Delhi Daredevils.
Are you surprised that the IPL teams have fared so poorly in this CL T20 or is it due to the fact of bouncy tracks in South Africa?
Cheers!

It's very dissappointment that three major teams kkr, csk,mi in latest ipl season are out of cl t20. Now daredevils have only chance to fulfill their place in semi final as one of ipl teams. Lot of expectations on kkr & csk final qualifiers in ipl5 2012 but they have been out of trophy. I Hope dd rockzzz.

First, yes, the tracks and the fast grounds of SA are the major factor. We dont have those kinds of grounds here in India.
And obviously next - IPL is money dear... and unfortunately CL T20 is not. So it doesnt come as a surprise to me at least.

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well yes it was disappointing to see all the top three IPL teams being knocked out of the CL T20 and that leaves Delhi Daredevils the only IPL team left in CL T20. There would be enormous pressure on the Delhi side and they have to play exceptionally well so as to seal the semis birth. Of course the SA tracks are one of the most difficult tracks to play upon.
What say?
