You must be having insomnia. Try to make yourself relaxed at night and stop thinking too much. Take a shower before sleeping. That usually works.

Hey GauthamDS7,
I had came to notice from you last discussions that you are an one who is facing ear, jaws, eyes and teeth pains and along with it you are not having proper sleep. Anyway don't make too late. I would surely ask you to consult a good doctor. I think he would give the best solution for it.
Try try to make late to consult the doctor when you have lot of such troubles. As the days passes the intensity of the pain may increase. Don't think much about the money. Consult yourself to a good doctor it will give you good relief.

This happens when people are mostly in tension. Also more intake of tea or coffee doesn't allow us to sleep. Hope your other problems are soughted out.
Try to wash your eyes with cold water this relaxes the face and eyes.visit a doctor.

I totally understand you problem because I have faced the same some months ago. I kept lying on my bed awake. I can suggest you that listen to music while you go to bed. Slowly you may fall asleep. Something that worked with me was I studied some boring books and I used to feel sleepy very soon. May be you are taking too much stress. Meditation can help you get stress free.

Not being able to sleep at night is something that a lot of people do struggle with, but one of the most important things to do is to make sure that you get yourself into a routine. Don't drink any caffeine for at least 4 hours before you go to bed as this needs to be completely out of your system before you try to sleep. Also make sure that you're not using your laptop or any other technology for at least an hour before you go to bed. Instead you should take a bath or read a book as this would mean that you would be able to allow your mind to switch off before you need to sleep.

Thanks a ton for posting this discussion. Well i can understand what kind of situation u are going through. i think there might be many reasons behind this. U might be getting late in the morning or taking an afternoon nap. Besides also watching TV late night or having a heavy lunch or thinking too much about everything might be the possible reasons also.
What say?
