Help with clickbank

I just signed up with clickbank. 1. But I am not able to understand a couple of things there. The Customer Distribution Requirement needs that the sales be made with 5 or more different credit card numbers. Does that mean when I sell at least 5 products through my blog only then I become eligible to get paid? They further say that the sales must be made through 2 different payment options. 2. My second query is about dormant account. If I don't make a sale for many days (there have been people who haven't found success this way), will my account be dormant and will I need to pay the fine as they have stated $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, etc? 3. Moreover, does my blog need to have a specific amount of traffic too? I thought it would be great to have something like clickbank to earn something from the affiliates. But it looks difficult. Please help me.

1. You need to make 5 sales before you get your first cheque. This should include 1 Visa card and 1 MasterCard. If any customer purchases via Paypal, that doesn't count for your first cheque. (I had to make 7 sales for my first cheque.) 2. Yes. Dormant accounts are charged the fine. But if you run into negative balance and close your account, they don't ask you to pay the money. But if you have positive balance, your account will be debited the fees. 3. You don't even need a blog. You can directly promote the hoplink.

1. Ok. I got the first answer and no issues there. 2. However, for the second query, I couldn't understand one thing - the positive balance and the negative balance. Understanding positive balance is also okay. But what about the negative balance? At the most, the balance will come down to 0. What the idea behind negative balance? Does it happen that people go down to negative balance from positive? 3. Currently I am not interested in promoting anything as far as I am not clear with the balance query. But just please tell me one thing, does promoting the link on my blog will require me to have a certain amount of views daily? I read that at some places its obligatory that the blog has around 10,000 or so views daily.

Hey, I am not that fortunate enough to have 10,000 hits daily to my blog. I was just stating an example. I just meant to say that some of the sites required a specific amount of daily traffic, that's it. Anyways, after reading your response, I have started to feel like terminating my account immediately. I don't think it might be possible to fulfill their requirements. Secondly, if there are other options that are not as strict as CB, why not give it a try? What do you say? Can I do it? Are you a member of PayDotCom? If yes, I won't mind signing up under you.

Hey its fine, no problem. Yes, I know that CB is on the top, so I chose that. But I didn't know that there were so many 'hidden' rules there. The other two sites that you mentioned are new to me. But I am ready to venture out for doing something new with the site you gave. Waiting for your PM.
