Always tension and anger..

Hi,friends. I'm having trouble in controlling anger and tension..For simple and silly things that people speak about me and my work i get angry and this leads to lot of tension so how to get control in this,please help me by telling how to find peace..

Learn to calm yourself by telling yourself that everything will be okay. I think if you think more positively, you can be able to get hold of such strong emotions.

You can control your emotion by thinking the outcome if you let your emotions control you.When I was younger I also have this emotion,I'm easy to get irritated.As we getting mature we learn something through our experiences. In your case don't let your emotions control you. If you have a will to make you can do it.Control your anger and and you can do it. If you allow your anger and tension overrule you might regret at the end. Take control of yourself..Happy mylotting!

Years back I was an one who just used to become angry for simple reasons. I just used to react to the things with a red face. It took many days to change myself. I just makes myself cool and this is what helps me to control them.

Hi.. Good thing you shared about your uncontrolled emotions. That is hard. When you can't control your emotions even just with small things you are told or small things done to you, it would really affect your life. Especially if you are trapped with uncontrolled emotions daily. It will not only affect yourself but it will also affect your daily living. One thing that you can do, don't focus on negative things these people are telling you. Enclosed yourself with positivity. Be with wonderful people, those who can make you laugh, sometimes try not to be too sensitive. In cases when you are already tensed, try to relax by doing breathing relaxation. It would really help. Stay in an environment that has a peaceful ambiance. If all these things won't work, try to consult a counselor. This would be the best solution to your problem... Hope i did help:)..You take care..
