No Criminals & Terrorists in USA...???

We have plenty of criminals in the U.S. We also have some terrorists, after all, if they haven't committed a crime, they are allowed to be free. Now, plotting to commit an act of terror is something that you can be arrested for, but you have to be caught. And if you commit a crime, you also have to be caught.

I'm just north of the USA, in Canada... Vancouver Canada to be more specific. My city is about 500,000 people (not the greater city, just my section) and there is usually about 1 major crime per month. Of course, it changes around, sometimes it's murder and shootings, but more often it's things like robbery and assault. It's all crime, so we do have criminals... and we have Terrorists, as well, although the ratio is much smaller then many other places. One of the last ones was back in 2010 in Ottawa, the capital of Canada, where an anarchist group firebombed a national bank. An Al Qaeda plot was stopped back in 2006, where a group was attempting to detonate truck bombs and take over our parliamentary buildings. We have terrorism, we have criminals, even though the numbers, by percentage or figures, is one of the lowest in the world.

I don't live in the USA thank goodness for that!...but that is beside the point! I believe terrorism is bread by desperation when humans have no other way to turn they resort to terrorism as a way to make themselves heard...is that a good way? no it is not...in my opinion people should be able to talk to expose how they feel and how problems can be fixed and arrange in between countries to make a better world for all of us...terrorism is not a solution it never was and it never will be!

hello I am sure there is crime in every country. I am U.S.A. and there is in fact alot of crime from a to z. when I speak of this I am sure it is all over in every country. from all kinds of people. more in some areas than other areas . Depends on the city or where you live. As long as there is corrupt people there will be crime. As long as people do not get along there will be crime......

Of course! There are also criminals and terrorists in USA. So what do you think jails use for if there are no criminals there? Besides, every country do have terrorist and criminals. And those two are indispensable in every country. :)

There are criminals everywhere, but if you came to the USA, it is probably not like Pakistan at all. On the news everyday here in the US, there is something criminal that has gone on, but in day to day life, most people do not encounter this type of thing. America is a beautiful country. Just gorgeous.

I always believe in when there are no bad people in the world, how to prove that the people is good ? All i can say is you can find all sorts of people in everywhere in the world so why not in the United States ? If there are no crime then there is no need for so many cops to be patrolling already.

There are criminals and terrorists in all countries and anyone who tells you differently is either very confused or is lying. It does get old to only hear bad news about things, but that is what sells newspapers is the sensational stuff. All around the world we need to be working for justice and helping keep people safe.

Sure, where there are people, you have evil actions. Its not fair to blame one race or religion with a broad stroke about how one person who belongs to that race or religion acts. There are plenty of criminals in the USA, most of them are in prison but where there is one, there are many. Terrorists are not that common but they do occasionally pop up after being jilted by the government and want to get back at Americans.

Who told you that t here are no criminals or terrorist in the USA? We have both, but they are usually caught and punished.

Yes there are criminals in the United States and there are those who try terrorist activities, but they're usually caught before anything bad can happen.

Well of course there are criminals and terrorists in the United States. That is the reason that all of our jails, prisons and federal prisons are filled to beyond capacity. It is also because of the fact that there are terrorists on our grounds that the attack on America happened in 2001. It would be nice to think that there was a place in the world where there were no criminals or terrorists, but I really don't think that place exists in this world.

Criminals and terrorist are not special things found in a special or particular area.Bad elements are found everywhere,there is no guarantee that only good people exist in a particular area.Only thing to fight against terrorism is to spread love and harmony and to prove that love for each other is better than hatred for each other.

Yes buddy.. Criminals and terrorist are everywhere :) From the famous countries down to the not much exposed countries. As long as there are people who don't want to abide the laws of one's place, they are triggered to disobey and eventually resulting to crimes. Some terrorist just wanted to overpower the countries' authority. Don't feel too down about your country's incidents. We always have them here at the Philippines too. Sad to think, even on bright daylight these crimes also happen :S That's why, we should continue to pray and seek guidance from God :) may He keep us safe always and may He touch the hearts of those crime-loving people.

You bet there are! There is no one place for bad guys. They are everywhere. I'm sorry your country gets "beat up" about it. Trust me the US has PLENTY of bad guys and gals

Tons of criminals in the USA. But the terrorists? Those are overwhelmingly NOT American.

Last week they entrapped a young man who put a car bomb where it would destroy the place where most of the USA gold is stored, not to mention the people he would have killed. Thank goodness he didn't know the bomb was a fake given him by our crime fighters, I don't remember which group got him. We have robbers, murders, not to mention the white collar crime, fake investments, and anythng else the rest of the world has. The only protection in this world is to stay alert and pay attention to that small voice that warns you.

There are criminals in every Country, city, county in the world. There is no place that can say they have no criminals. There are also terrorists in many areas too. They are sleeper cells I believe. That is how the guys brought down the World Trade Center. Living in New Jersey all in one apartment I believe and they blended into the community working while planning their horrific day of terror. We have had an american who committed a terrorist attack on our own soil. Oklahoma day of terror when a guy blew up the Federal Building killing 168 men, women and children and wounding hundreds of others. I don't believe there is a place on earth that is criminal free, unfortunately.

We have been reading reports of crimes and unusual criminal offenses in the US hence, they are not an exemption to lawless elements and hostilities as almost all parts of the world is experiencing too.

Criminals and terrorists exist practically everywhere on Earth except for probably the Arctic and Antarctic. The only reason why we hear about criminal and terrorist acts coming from Pakistan so often is because the poorest country, USA, has made it a big deal by sending in numerous soldiers, resulting in all the media publications about criminals and terrorists in Pakistan. It is evident that criminals and terrorists are everywhere, the best example is that even some soldiers abuse their power while serving time for their own country. I've heard that they get off free without punishment for abusing their power. If anyone wants to add anything or correct me on any of this, please do.
