Well I have to say that I do not decorate for Halloween at all. I take my kids out trick or treating and that is about it. This will be my littlest sons first year haha. I think that it might be something fun to decorate for, but I never got into it. Do you ever decorate or at least put up a few things in the yeard? I also think that if you decorate people will come to your house haha and I would not want no one at the house and I am not there haha.

I have not decorated for Halloween since I won a door decorating contest way back in college. I don't do Halloween anymore, but if you wanted to decorate, you could always just do it indoors for your family to enjoy. You don't need to put anything outside.

I like decorating, but I never do it for the holidays. I never feel like putting all that stuff up and then taking it down again. Also, you have to have a place to store things in between. I guess I am just not that into holidays.

I do not observe this Halloween but I am not against those who celebrate this event.
During my younger days me and my friends loves to attend Halloween party dressed with fancy costume and scary attire/make up and everything.
It's really fun and enjoyable experience.

We aren't at our own home for Halloween because we have two children that are still the right age to go trick or treating. We've also always done that at my mother's house because of the fact that we know all of her neighbors and that is the neighborhood where I grew up. We do tend to have at least one pumpkin at our house and we will carve it, but that is really as far as our decorating for Halloween always has gone.

In a way, I kind of wish that we celebrated Halloween here in Australia as it would be great to dress the kids up and take them trick or treating. It would be so much fun! But alas, we do not celebrate that down here :(
I hope you have a great night whatever you decide to do =D

I decorate for Christmas not Halloween. I really do not do much for Halloween since Randy and I do not have any children (at least human children), but we both love Christmas. I will be decorating the house for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. I might up some outdoor lights for Christmas if we are allowed to (we just moved into a trailer park and am not sure what we are allowed to do here).

Well, first you should identify what kind of neighborhood you live in. If there tends to be loud teenagers stomping through the streets, then I would definitely decorate (well, or you might get egged) and add scary stuff. However, if you see 4-12 year olds and have young parents walking up and down the street on Halloween, then I would do one of two things, a) not decorate at all, or b) decorate with fall decor, not Halloween stuff, such as scarecrows, Indian corn, etc. Just remember one thing: LEAVE A BASKET! Leave a basket (an inexpensive one, as chances are it will probably be gone by the end of the night) filled with candy if you will not be handing it out or you will get egged. Follow these tips and you should be fine.
