Is Usain Bolt using performance enhancing drugs?

Usain Bolt is considered to be the world's fastest man. He broke the world record twice in a single year. If that isn't impressive, i don't know what is. Nevertheless he is hounded by critics who say he is using performance enhancing drugs. Drugs wouldn't be out of the question though. Carl Lewis who is a legend in the tracks believes Usain is a user. Carl said that you cannot erase almost a second deficit in your running time in under 2 years. That's just impossible he says. The possibility cannot be counted out though. Sophisticated drug production nowadays are very hard to detect thus we'll never know unless he's caught. Hence, Usain will be the fastest man in the world since he is innocent unless he is proven guilty.
