Query about receiving payment from phd-bux ?

After logging in phd-bux, a PTC site, when I am clicking on the icon of ‘View advertisements’ for performing the necessary clicks, I am always led to the page of ‘Request Payout’ where I am directed to provide with the proof of payment (screenshot) of my last payout. I hereby quote the whole message from phd-bux as a ready reference-‘You did not upload a payment proof yet.You're required to upload a proof of payment (screenshot) of your last payout. Note that this screenshot also has to be approved’. In this context, I like to mention that on my first cash out from the site, I received an email from phd-bux and another from Paypal. I think phd-bux means the email they sent to me. Isn’t it? Do I need to send the whole email as proof of receiving payment from the said site?
