Are you a chocolate lover?

I would say that i have indeed a sweet tooth, very seriously. I would not end my day without eating chocolate. I don't know why i have this cravings for chocolate since grade school. My mom would always get mad at me because she's complaining about my figure. I am not that fat but i have the tendency of getting bigger than usual because my family's body built from both sides are big. Are you a chocolate lover like me? Can this be a big factor that i can't easily slim down? How would i divert my cravings to a healthy food? Any suggestions?

Ooooooh. I LOVE chocolate. And it's good for you. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants. And flavonoids. But I've heard that there is a lot of fat in chocolate. It could be a factor in unwanted weight gain. Maybe you should try eating it in moderation if you aren't doing that. Try eating more fruits and vegetables and drinking lots of water. You could eat one or two grapefruits every day. The pink ones aren't so tart and they help to lose weight. I buy the kind already cut up in a jar. It's easier that way and there are no added sugars. Just plain grapefruit. But it is very hard to give up chocolate. It just tastes so good!

Hello,i must admit i'm having a hard time controlling myself. I'm having that cravings almost after meal time and i can't seem to stop.I tried eating dark chocolate although i kinda like it a little bit but it so happened deazil that i really crave the regular chocolate. I think i will be having a hard time controlling my cravings but i will try.

I don't get crazy about chocolate. I eat some chocolate when I'm lust, but nothing more. About healthy food, nothing to say. Todays, nothing's healthy and it's doesn't make you healthy. I have same problem: weight. I almost don't eat anything and I can't lose weight. I start jogging but I can't have enough time. Anyway, I recomand you same thing: do many sport.

I often gain weight during school break. But i easily loss weight during school days because i intentionally miss my breakfast. I just had a snack past nine for me to stay till lunch time. I can't involve into sports because i have an asthma. If i work out too much i faint.

Chocolate is a weakness of mine as well. I always enjoy a good quality bar with or without almonds. I do not overeat chocolate, but it is something I eat monthly. Lately, I have been eating chocolate cookies. I am going to have to limit my consumption of cookies. The only cookies I need to delete are on a computer. He he he. I like to incorporate chocolate in my oatmeal cookies. I would get a jar of dark chocolate peanut butter and some oatmeal, mix the two ingredients, make them into good sized chunks on a cookie sheet and bake. They would come out delicious. You can't go wrong with oatmeal and dark chocolate peanut butter.

i am a chocolate lover... and i always have a stock of chocolates with me. if you want a healthier one, try switching to dark chocolates. yes chocolates can make you fat but if you only have it a little a day, i think it is okay. share sone with me if you like.

I really love chocolate. Even if it's night time and everyone's about to sleep i'm the only one left because i'm still eating. I definitely have a sweet tooth. Anyhow, i don't have problems sleeping even though i just ate a bar or two before sleeping. Sweets don't seem to affect my sleeping pattern though.

i dont think because of chocolate can make people fat. maybe i they way of your diet.i love chocolate, but still eat other food too. it just u need to control and balance with other diet.

yes indeed bembzede I love dark chocolaeat I can eat just two squares and its filling otoo. also dark chocolate has anti ocidant qualities that make it really healthy for our hearts. just use portion control and you can enjoy dark chocolate with getting fat.

Yes I am a certified chocolate lover! :) I do not eat chocolates everyday, but chocolates have this calming effect on me. Chocolates put me in such a blissful state and can turn around my mood. :) You need not give up chocolate completely, you just need to lessen the intake and the frequency of intake. Chocolates are proven to gave anti-toxin components so it is healthy to eat chocolates once in awhile.

eating chocolate is ok but not too much.. just don't forget to drink plenty of water also and do little exercise.

Well I could consider myself as chocolate lover too but I am trying to lessen eating it now. I do have fast metabolism and super hyperactive so I dont gain weight that fast. I guess better cut down you chocolate consumption and eating in a day to avoid gaining weight that much. Better eat small portion and not eating them all in a day. Discipline is important for you to implement it.

Oh yes, I love chocolate as well. One of my comfort food in fact. I always have my stash in my bag for emergency, lol! I have cravings every time. My sister always said it's a good thing for me that I can't ever get fat, or I'd be huge by now because of all the chocolates I eat. If you think it is a factor why you gain weight, than maybe limit your chocolate intake. Or you can just continue to eat them, but exercise more :D

I'm also a chocolate lover.I eat chocolate very much,daily minimum 3 or 4.Believe of or not since 5 years i'm in same size that means i haven't gained any fat but no any loss to my height it's quite good for my age unlike weight and fat...I don't think this is the reason for becoming fat..Good luck
