I have not assigned things to days at this point, but roughly here is what we will have:
Lemon chicken, with rice. Peas, probably. I have just made maple cinnamon rolls and we will have those for a day or so.
Home made pizzas topped with bacon, ham, cheese, tomatoes and onions, peppers etc.
Swiss chicken, with sauce, and stuffing. Green beans, apple and carrot salad
Tuna hot dish, side of baked beans. baked apples
Ham crockpot casserole, with potatoes. Left over veggies and salad from the week.
Saturday we will work on the leftovers
Sunday I will make breakfast foods.
Weather is warm right now, but is turning cold at the end of the week. We will be eating some hearty foods.

we try to do that in our house as well. when i go shopping without a list i spend twice the money and don't have much to show for it. with a list, i do a lot better. with our hectic schedules, my daughter plans what she's going to cook for 2 nights a week. my son plans what he's going to cook for 2 other nights. that leaves me the weekends to plan for. :) all i know mon...pork loin...tues...hamburger...wed...chicken...thur... hot dogs.

My daughter doesn't plan that far ahead. We will have pot pies acouple of nights, hamburgers and potatoes acouple, who knows. Have to get some groceries to last until the 3rd when I can get groceries for the next month. THen we are going to fix corned beef and cabbage with carrots and potatoes, and googlash, meatloaf, pork chops, and soup and chili. Other than that I don't know.

It has actually been a little while since I've actually made a weekly meal plan. A big part of the reason that I haven't is because I haven't always had to do my own grocery shopping lately, so I've been going off of the food that has been given to me.
That said, so far this week we've had spaghetti on Monday, leftovers from last week on Tuesday. Today I'm cooking chicken tenders, Thursday we will probably be having hamburger helper (I'll only be feeding three out of four of us as my daughter is going to be gone on an overnight fieldtrip) and Friday I don't have any clue because I'm going to be having my third shot for my back and that leaves me pretty out of it.

I dont have meal plans because im going back and fourth with two houses and its not easy at all. I live with my parents but sometimes stay with my boyfriends parents as well. Within the next three weeks we will be living in our own house finally and am so excited. But i cant even make meal plans because i dont know what house ill be at every night so making plans right now isnt the best but i remember my mom doing this when we were younger and sometimes on sundays she would cook for the entire week as i had dance and my brother had his sports going on as well. We were always busy so dinner wasnt a priorty all the time as you can see.
All the stuff you said you were making i have never ate any of that at all but sounds intresting. If you have kids i guess there not picky which is unusual.
