Suddenly inspection from Jokowi

These surprise visits should serve them right! I heard how Pak Lurah would come in at 9am, and the first thing they do is reading newspaper while drinking coffee... People who need these public services are often forced to wait all day or have to come back later; thus discourage productivity and a waste of everybody's time...

Somebody please help me because my eyes watering and my stomach is hurt from laughing after reading the follow up news about Jokowi's sudden inspection . Those Lurah and Camat made ridiculous statements to defend themselves when Jokowi came in surprise to their office and they were not there. Lurah Senen said he was not in his office because he drove his wife to PKK and meet Mrs. Jokowi in the city hall , hahahaha since when PKK is for male? Next time Mr. Lurah need to wear skirt and put on makeup so he could attend the PKK meeting with Mrs. Jokowi. The vice Lurah was not in the office either, and he said he was out to check the condition in Bus station. Really? He also made up excuses that the light was turned off to save energy. Another excuses he made up is about the lock, he said the lock did not work well. Camat Cempaka Putih said she was not in her office by the time Jokowi came there because she went to city hall to attend the PKK meeting with Mrs. Jokowi and then she vitised the market to control preparation for Idul Adha. The most ridiculous one when the secretaty of Camat Cempaka Putih said that the lock were not opened yet because they are afraid cat might come inside. I heard Jokowi did the same thing in Solo, and when the subordinates worked as the way they liked and did not follow Jokowi's policy he would give mutation to the Kadin. Jokowi was angry when some Kadin made ton of excuses regarding to e-ktp programs and then he removed them from their position as Kadin. This is what I heard from a friend. Talking about Jokowi, we should not forget about Ahok. There was a demonstration today where labours demand their salary to be increased 3million IDR. Ahok acted fast by held meeting between Kadin and the labors. There is a funny incident when Ahok scolded the notulis because he was still using pen and notebook to write. Ahok was angry why the notulis did not use laptop. Ahok also threatening Kadin that he would fire them if the Kadins doesn't work well.

If it happen here in Malaysia, the officer would get warning letters. And if they continue coming late they will be transferred to the remote areas. Here the government servants uses punch cards when they come in and going out so they can't. Come to office late.

i think it`s good ways from one new governor like you said, it`s shock therapy if the camat and lurah have shamed and shy, of course next day, they will be dilligent it`s headlines when The governor comes to their office and they come late.. What the people evaluate them?? of course with the media information, as people we know the quality and standard from most of civil servant How pity camat and Lurah
