Facebook has been a phenomenon these days for all ages and races. For me a day without visiting Facebook is incomplete. It is where we connect with our families, friends and even meet new friends. It is where we are able to read the latest news, ideas on how to deal with our daily lives, information about religion, school/education, general knowledge and even celebrities. Some people are doing their business through Facebook and others were able to extend or received help this site.Fo me, I came across mylot through Facebook and glad I did. So basically this site has done so much for all of us. There might be some disadvantages to some but that is an isolated cases only.In general, Facebook has been good to all of us.

Facebook has improved my writing skills and helped me to be open-minded. I found loads of long lost family that I never knew I had.

hello gpldeguzman for me facebook is just an addition to my life. before friendster is here and still the same goal as facebook. it can communicate with my long lost friend, meet new friends, update the latest of your life. well I am not comparing facebook to friendster since facebook is much powerful than the other. I love facebook because It helps me communicate others faster and reliable.

Thanks for the comment. Facebook is really worthwhile, of course other social networking sites are do the same too, But facebook is the most common and it caters the different crowds because it is easyto use.

Facebook doesn't or hasn't change anything in my life. Perhaps the only change is that it's easier for me to announce something to my relatives. Yeah, it keeps me in-contact with family and friends but same with yahoo messenger and other social networking site - it doesn't really "change" the way I live. I'd probably say that twitter has made my life more informed. I read a lot of stuff that's important and related to my life in twitter than on facebook. Further, it shouldn't "change" your life, it should just "add" to whatever you already have. Have a great mylot experience ahead!

I also have an account on twitter and I enjoy reading the posts especially of the politicians and celebreties. However, the informations found in Twitter can also be found in Facebook or even more. Anyway, to each his own.

I agree that the positive outweight the negative things as far as the impact of facebook to my way of life. I can reach out to my friends and relatives even without a cellphone. It's cheap and virtually free. I'm updated to all of the activites of my friends and important persons. I'm so glad that we have Facebook in our generation. Thanks

Facebook helped me keeping in touch with people far from my location, people that i haven't seen for almost years, Relatives i haven't seen for generations, Keeping in touch with high school and college friends. Indeed facebook has change the way social networking was being platformed. In a way, facebook is also a good way to share and received new information from different perspectives on it.

Well, facebook doesn't really changed my life. Maybe for my mom yes. She was able to find her friends over facebook and chat and communicate with them. She was the happiest when she saw her long lost best friends and classmates over facebook. FOr that, I thank facebook.

Yes, fb is a phenomenon but not for me. I can live without this social site. I chat with my friends but I like more to talk with them face to face. It's more human. What I like to social sites is that I can chat with my friends who are studing in another country. Fb influenced their lifes because many peoples sharing personal details and I don't think that's normal.
