A woman who claims to live for 132 years died. She is considered to be the only person who knows the smell of air in the year 1880. her records show that she was born on the year 1880 but a lot of skepticism is going about. The records being showed as evidence are newer records and are not the exact records made when she was born. Do you think a human being can really live as long as 132 years? Or moreover, is 150 years really possible?

Yes I do believe a person can live that long. Now thats not saying everyone would live that long. There are those rare few that live way beyond their years. And as we all know, people are living longer these days. There will come a day when the average age would be about 150 years old. Too bad we don't live hundreds or even thousands of years.

Not really. If people were to live for a thousand years I think that we would age at a slower rate. So it will all be relative.

Living for a more than a hundred or thousands of years would be very boring. That is definitely not out of the question since medical breakthroughs today are getting more and more miraculous. If we we're to live for a thousand years, the world would be more than overpopulated. So in a way it is God's plan of protecting our world from self destruction.

Is it really true? But I think people before has the capacities to live for a long period because they don't have vices in life which could greatly affects their health compared to the people of today...

It's true. The report was posted in yahoo. An article about a woman who lived to be 132 years old. They somehow doubt her age but i think she indeed lived that long.

With the way how earth is now, I don't think people will reach that old. Maybe there would be people living beyond a hundred years because of the healthy lifestyle, but still, their cells will not regenerate anymore more than the usual.

That is indeed true. Reports have been chronicled throughout time that people of the old ages had live more than a hundred years. Some even a few centuries. Vices of the new era are the main causes of early mortality.

Wow, she must have been very old. I only know a few people who have lived beyond 100years. Living for 132 years, it is really a gift from God but I do not doubt since I know, with God everything is possible.

The more preservative we take, the more likely we could preserve ourselves longer. At least, that is the theory. But it does not seem that preservative works that way on living human body. The chemical is only effective in making sure our body lasts longer when we are no longer around spiritually. We are lucky to reach 60 nowadays.
