The weather is getting colder. There is too much work around. There is a lot of thinking because Christmas is coming. Have to be frugal to be able to save for the gifts on the coming holiday season.
Because of these reasons or maybe related to it, a lot of people have colds or flu.
I try to stay away since I am pregnant, I hav eto be 100% healthy everyday. cannot avoid my colleagues who have colds but I make myself very strong and stay as warm as possible.
I wish people who are ill or suffering from any illness will feel better soon.
I wish them comfort and more support from family and friends.
I wish them to get better every day.
If ever you have any ailments now, don't make it worst.
See the doctor and have a check.
Don't wait for it to be worst.

Well, just to answer your question, I can tell you that I personally from the physical side, luckily I have no aches and pains of any kind. This is also because after all in my country has not yet arrived cold.
But unfortunately I have a mental illness that makes me feel bad, even through family relationships.
I have a mental disability of 75%. The disease, which to me, was diagnosed, called DOC (obsessive compulsive disorder).

OCD you mean. Is that very bad? I don't know what to say. I haven't, maybe I wasn't very attentive to the people around me. I am sorry. Or should I be? Oh my I don't know how to react.

Colds and flu are so rampant nowadays, the weather may be a contributory of these sickness. We have unpredictable weather nowadays and we need to be prepared at all times. Take the necessary vitamins, eat a lot of vegetables and fruit juices to be strong enough to face any health problems. A simple cold may lead to a dreaded disease. Prevention is better than cure, right? Thanks.

Physically I am 100% fit, I go to the gym 4 times a week, work out a strenuous regime, I hardly ever get colds, flus or ailments, my problems are sadly mental which are not easy to fix, I suffer with clinical depression and acute anxiety, I am on antidepressants which seem to work for me. I am better in the Winter months because I am sensitive to the heat. Thank you for your wishes.

Yeah, I notice that too. A lot of people are sporting a cold or flu because of the bad weather. We have to be careful and protect ourselves from the sudden weather changes. I now have a small folding umbrella with me because we just don't know when the rain will strike.

Yes it is getting colder around here as well. I think the gardens are about done and am just getting over a minor but painful affliction that comes with my colitis (health problem). I am self "medicating" it so I hope it works this time around as it always does. Plus have woken up with this migraine today that I had for a few hours, after it went away I still have something called brain fog as I like to call it but now am doing alittle better on both.

I have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, and spinal arthritis.. and let me tell you, when the weather changes I am better than a meteorologist. I live in Texas and a cold front is coming in this weekend. It is already showing it's ugly head today and the last few days. Going from 90 to 40 degrees takes a toll on everyone. One thing I can say is that I have not had a cold or flu in years..I guess because my immune system is over active, but I feel like I am sick every day. I wish you very well and your family also..Thank you for your post!

I am already ill for my whole life, I live in pain every day and night but I seldom have the flu (don't ask me why). I think it's a myth if you think you won't catch the flu if you stay away from people who have. Also a normal flu won't kill you or harm your pregnancy. A flu is caused by a virus and this virus is in the air. Do you know that you can already catch it (the virus) long before you get ill? That if someone is sneezing (even with the hand in front of the mouth) the virus will be blown out/away about 15 meters or even more? That as long as people don't wash their hand you can catch it everywhere? That people who live in warm livingroom, sleep in warm bedroom are easier catching a flue? A virus and bactery love to grow in warm areas? A good night rest, less stress and regular food and drinking enough is enough to stay healthy? That you can take as much as vitamins and minerals (tablets etc) but your body is not able to store it all so you will pee it all out in the toilet?
Also that the older you get the less flues you get since you have more and more antibodies. A virus is very smart so a flu injection (made/Based on a flu virus about 6 months ago in the other part of the world) is not working at all since the virus already changed?
I wish you a relaxed pregnancy without all these worries. Being pregnant, giving birth is a natural thing. So let nature do what she has to do, human being is interfering way too much and making problems out of nothing.
Take care of yourself, pamper yourself since a relaxed mother will have a relaxed happy baby.
