I was at walmart last night and walked down the clearance isle and bought some stuff nothing big and got some toys, i also got some movies there were four movies for 25 dollars and i know i can give those out as well.
My family has a tree lot here in florida and its pretty big with caroloers, santa clause and fake snow as well as rides and a fire pit. So by thanksgiving i really need ot be done christmas shopping and have alot of my presents wrapped and ready to go. Now i do black friday and then i dont work that day at my regular job but must be at the trees around 3 or 4 that afternoon so i sleep during the day on that day to get my rest to be busy later on that night.
Do you do your shopping early and are you almost done?
I know there are a few more items i need to get and i need to start making a list now so i dont forget things.

Wow, that's super early christmas shopping.
We won't be doing our christmas shopping until my husband gets his bonus. That extra money is what we will use to buy a few gifts, christmas groceries and other stuff on the list.

My youngest daughter will go the same. She gats a very nice Christmas bonus as she has a high post as a judge. So she is thinking whether she will buy a freezer ora hometheter for the whole family.

I love to have a home theater, too. Maybe next year, but this year we need to buy a new sofa set and/or bigger bed.

I have not started my Christmas preparations yet as all my presents are going to be things to eat that I`ll make by myself. I should start buying sugar though, so that it doesn`t seem too expensive all at once. I`m sure that my next grocery list will have a lot of items I don`t buy in big amounts during the year. I already bought one of the two Christmas presents I`ll buy (one for each of my youngest grandchildren). THey are not big though. I think the best Christmas present that I`ll give one of them is to invite him to make the Christmas cookies for the whole family with me.

i do generally start early and often am close to being done by this time of year but this year i am really far behind due to money issues. i have to start buying a few more things for everyone because Christmas will be here before we know it. i am also making things which will be used for gifts which has been keeping me pretty busy as well plus i need to make a bunch of Christmas ornaments so i can sell them at a sale at the end of November. this is always a very busy time for me, but not as busy as it is for you!

Hi lologirl!
Sad to say, but until now I was not able to start my Christmas shopping. I am just done with my long waited examination in relation to my present job and I am glad it was all over. Yesterday, when I accompanied my friend who sleeps in our house the other night in the terminal, I found out that the night after our examination was the midnight sale in one of the malls in our place. I didn't know that! I was so busy the past months and days in preparation for the exam and didn't even notice what are the new things around.
Hopefully, now that I am done with those things, perhaps I can devote time for things that I need to do this coming holiday.

I always do shopping early and i almost done, i just need to buy some present for my husband and for myself. I preferred to shop early for Christmas were the price is still low and can able to shop freely because as much as possible i avoid Christmas rush.

I am so behind on Christmas shopping. So far I have only managed to get my sister her perfect gift. And that's it! I really have to pull my act together, in my list I still have to look for gifts for my parents, brothers, another sister, my husband, the aunts, and my mom in law. JUst thinking about it is already wearing me out lol!

I have almos finishing my shopping, and I have always been the type of person who likes to get things done well in advance so that I don't have to stress out in December when everyone else is worrying about what to buy. I am looking forward to giving my gifts to my family, because I have been able to put a lot of thought into their presents this year rather than in the past when I have had to pick things up at the last minute for the sole reason that they are the only things that I am able to get to in the shops at that time.

Funny thing, I did the same thing here last sunday. i found some really good and cheap stocking stuffers at walmart. i was surprised how cheap even many xmas decorations were.
