before anything else, please allow me to ask why did you apply for it anyway? or why did you accept the job? or maybe i didn't get it clearly why are you not happy with it?
But if you really want to enjoy your work, you really just need to appreciate it and look at how important it is in your life. Because you are right it is really difficult to be into something that you do not like at all. You can never be effective if you only force yourself to do that thing. Why not try looking for another job that you like? Then from there, if you are already enjoying it, you can also enjoy your life.

I agree with your point, if you do not know what you're getting yourself into, why did you take the job in the first place? Given the economic condition, lots of people are looking for jobs while jobs are so few. I don't say that we should just grab anything that comes our way, but we must remember that all work have its own troubles and no job is perfect in all sense. But we need to do it anyway because it helps pay the bills.
Why not do as what aejey suggested first? If you really think you can't do it, then you can always quit but don't do it unless you have another job lined up for you. It will be very impractical to quit your current job without any backup plan.

Thank you for your answer. From bottom of my heart,I really want to be a salesman,to be a excellent salesman. The reason why I dO not know how to balance my work and life is that my knowledge for being a salesman is limited. At present,I need to learn so many things about it,but there is no one can help me.In today's competitive business world, people are busy in making money without time to help others or not willing to.

It is always hard to be able to manage work and life, and this is something that most people with jobs struggle with at some point. I know that I am doing all of the hours that I possibly can right now because of the fact that I need to get a deposit for a flat, and to do this I have to lots of extra work that I might not have been able to do before. I am not too bothered by this as I know that it is just something that I am doing for the short term, but there are some people who work this much all the time and I imagine that it would be very draining for them.

Thank you for reply.I understand that we should pursue our goal or aim, like a direction. To be sure,if a person do not have a direction,I bet he or she will regret the early time when they become old. Moreover, when you get the enough deposit and buy a flat, could you kindly tell me because I want to share your joy?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand the situation u are going through and i know being a salesperson u must be undergoing several issues to handle both work and life. I think u should calm down and take this as a challenge and work on it. Do not get disappointed and try to look out for better opportunities that suits your criteria while working at the same time. Once u are done, u will never have any regrets in your mind again.
What say?
