Ptc sites need better customer relations....

I think the big problem with ptc site sis their relationships with its members. When you use the contact button on a ptc site, and it take 3 weeks for them to answer you. This isnt good. Members are the ones who make these sites work. We click, buy ads, upgrade and promote their sites. Why arent they more customer service related??
