Apparently Duke is a fake

Duke must have somehow gotten the fingerprint records changed so that they would verify he was really Duke. When Anna was on the computer checking them, he was ready to reach for his gun which indicated that just in case it hadn't worked, he could shoot Luke and take Anna hostage or something. So now it looks even more like Luke is right and this is not the real Duke.

I believed something was wrong from the beginning. I'm just not familiar enough with this Duke character.

I must have missed that, but after all the trouble he went through to put his plan into action, it seems he would have anticipated the fingerprint thing and hacked into the database and substituted his fingerprints. If someone like Spinelli could do it, I'm sure "Duke" could get someone to handle that. He knew how to get to Bernie.
