I went to my brother-in-law's funeral with my husband today and we haven't seen some people in his family for years. Some people look different and others look old. Life has been unkind to some of this family and some seem pretty happy with their life. Change is part of life and when a family member dies it seems to bring this family together even if it's for a short time. I wish this family would see each other more often because poor Stephan my husband's brother who passed died all alone with nobody in the family who saw him for years
It is really quite sad. I hope this family will try to talk to each more often before someone else passes away.
I feel sad today for my husband and his family. Is your family close or have you drifted apart because the business of life keeps you too busy?

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i feel extremely bad about your brother in law and i hope his soul rest in peace. Well it is only during such occasions that u get to see those new faces who were no where to be seen previously and that makes u feel guilty that a family that should stay together at all times has drifted away and can only be seen on certain occasions.
What say?
