Born free....yet freedom especially individual one is quite limited. When in communicating,if the respondent fails to listen or express opinions it is definitely a limitation imposed on conversing. Refusal-understanding-sensitiveness-attitude shifts ...all these contribute largely to limitations in everyday life. We are forced to acclimatize ourselves to surroundings ,likes and dislikes of other persons etc.

The behavioral attitudes of human beings comes in different patterns. No two people are the same. There are people who are chatterbox and no less are the reserved type. But that doesn't mean their outward attitude correspond to what is inside them. They say still water runs deep. They have that untold intelligence that are well preserved up in their brains. Their inability to interact openly should not be misconstrued as limitations in life psth. They can rise to occasion when pursued.

A famous philosopher named Boethius was once imprisoned and while contained he discovered that he had more freedom than he thought he could while imprisoned and more there than he had experienced when he thought he was free. His is an extreme example, but interesting for those of us who like philosophy.

Yes, but we can pick and choose who we hang out with, the type of discussion we start or answer and who we interact with. It is up to us. We can move away from refusals, likes and dislikes and other limitations that people can produce. It is up to us whether we stay in a uncomfortable and militious situations.
