Playing in a band?

I am a singer and guitarist in my band few years ago.I was playing alternative rock and lots of my own creation.When you have band absolutely you should have own goal with other members.Always respect and cool down when you have problem with them.Band is like a family.Try to improve your skill everyday and always come on time when you wanna perform.Good habit and personality will give some advantage for your band.

I have been playing music for 7-9 years and 2 of them i've been in bands. Playing in bands just needs hell lotta of work. I mostly compose but sometimes when i get inspiration i do lyrics also. I you are in a need for a tip you must do several things to help your way to join or form an awensome band you enjoy playing with. 1. You must find out what is that you want to play. 2. you must find peoples that share almost perfectly your desires. 3. Don't think that there is gonna be some money. Music is expressing yourself. If you can express yourself propeply then you will make good music and maybe prosper. I've been playing rock n' roll and blues almost all the time but sometimes heavy metal is fun to play with friends but it is not my top desire.

I was in a brass band when I was younger, which might not be the type of band that you had in mind but it was still very fun. We went on tour a number of times, and I have visited several different countries thanks to being there. I have also had the chance to meet a lot of people who I wouldn't have been able to meet otherwise, and this is something that has to be a good thing. I am a better person because of the band that I was in, and I have a feeling that life would just have been boring if I hadn't had this chance.

unfortunately,i have not such experience,but i will always be willing to join a band,i am so jealous of those who are in a band...
