Can I verify my Paypal account using Smartmoney Card?

I am active in online jobs before. But because I became busy in school, I decided to stop my online jobs. But now that I have the luxury of time, I decided to come back in working online.
Few days ago, I registered a new Paypal account. And I heard from one of my old friends that we could make now verified our Paypal account using Smartmoney card. Is it true. Does anyone here verified their Paypal account using Smartmoney card?

I am not really sure about this, because the only way i know and it worked for me is by linking my credit card account to my paypal account. Usually online banking transfer runs 3-4 working days. and has some fees depending on the amount of money you had transferred to your bank account.
I think the best way you can do is go to your bank and ask assistance with regards to online linking and banking transfer to your local bank representative because they will help you with the process.
