What do you like to make that is creative? Is it something you do by hand or on the computer, or do you use both? Some of the many various types of things I like to do are to crochet, sew, paint using acrylics, or other mediums, photography, scrapbooking, and much more. I like to try new arts and crafts too when I am able. That means being able to have the money to purchase the required materials and equipment, as well as having the space to do the work. Currently I spend a lot of time with my camera taking photos and editing them, as well as making graphic design from the photos, especially the bad photos that normally I would throw away. What about you?

I am into cross stitching. I like how the little cross stitches from such beautiful and colorful images that I can display on frames. I have also gifted soem cross sticthed works to family and friends and I am glad to see that until now, some of them are still up on display in their homes. I am also daabling in photography, but I do not claim to be a professional. I am still an unlearned amateur and by no means showing this off. Just because I have a DSLR it doesn't really make me a photographer already, it is just a hobby that I am enjoying because sometimes I tend to really capture really beautiful pictures.

you might try to find some waste canvas, then you can stitch on teeshirts or sweatshirts - I've given a LOT of well loved gifts to family and friends by stitching on shirts!

I've done some embroidery in the past and tried cross stitching but that drove me nuts. All those little crosses were hard on my eyes after awhile. I never tried the counted cross stitching for that reason. I knew if the regular cross stitching was going to make me crazy, the counted version would be worse. Even embroidery which I enjoyed got tiresome for me and I ended up giving it up. However I did buy two big packages of embroidery floss intending to start using it again when I realized I had no embroidery hoops and no patterns to work from. It's so expensive to do different crafts. I wish I could try them all.

Beading is something I have always been interested in but have never had the chance to really work with beads as they are so expensive as are the fittings for making jewelry. Then I have always had small children around or later was busy with them when they were teenagers. After that it was and is still small grandchildren so having beads around is hard because the kids want to get into everything. Maybe still someday I will be able to try it.

This is something that I have been getting into recently, even though it had been something that I had never done before; not even as a child. One of the things that I like doing the best is being able to make my own cards. I always do this at around this time of year because they can take me a fair amount of time to get through, and it means that I can get them all finished and sent out in time for Christmas. I make one for each of my best friends, and each one of them always takes around half an hour to make in total, and then a little longer for the glue to dry.

I bet they all enjoy getting the homemade cards much better than the store bought that are all the same for everyone. Having the homemade cards makes them unique and from the heart.

I am a decorative painter and I have gravitated toward ornaments. I pretty much do any craft that interests me and my non-existent budget allows me to do but have become a more serious 'upcycler' of my craft supplies and houseware junk. I like that you're doing something with your 'bad' photos and I'm sure that's all just your interpretation.

Actually no it's not just my interpretation. These are the photos that come out blurry or some other problem with the camera or photographer, or the subject moved out of the screen, etc. Sometimes I actually take bad blurry pictures on purpose now just for the colors the are involved so I can turn them into the graphics.

I do a lot of crafting. I am starting to quilt (this is a new hobby for me). I also paint, draw, make Christmas ornaments, and make jewelry. I make earrings right now, but I want to learn how to make bracelets and necklaces. I want to learn cake decorating. I want to learn how to do scrapbooking. I love being creative.

I love to do almost all crafts, right now into jewelry making, wire wrapping, rings, earrings bracelets etc. I like to take photos and pictures of nature and my craft items to sell, the picture background is important in displaying the items. Gets the attention of the other person.. I get alot of use out of the camera, it pays for itself...most of my items are done by hand..then comes the pictures.. just being crafty..

I love doing hand bead arts and crafts. I love making accessories out of some beads that I usually buy from specialty stores that are quite far from my place. I also love designing scrapbooks and drawing.
