When you are working with graphic design, which software programs do you use and why? What kinds of graphic design to you create with these programs? I use PSP (Paint Shop Photo ProX3) and what I do most when creating graphic designs is to use photos that I take. Sometimes I take photos purposely just because I know the colors in those photos will make good designs. Other times I use photos that were too blurry or otherwise messed up and turn them into graphics. Rarely I will start a design from scratch using colors of my choosing. I think it's lots of fun but also hopefully another way of making extra income.

If that involves using the mouse to actually draw and write on the computer, I am not good at that at all. My hand is not steady enough. I used to love to draw on paper and I still paint from time to time, but nothing that has to be as precise as the drawing or sketching. Even the little bit that I use the MS Paint that comes with the computer or the drawing/painting options on my PSP, it's nothing precise because of my lack of control and shaky hands. I admire those who can keep their hands steady enough for that kind of art.
