This year the presidential debate seems to be one of the most important in history. Obama is a good president and has done a lot to change the history of presidency, he has even allowed gay marriage and approves of it. That's what I call a true open minded president. Obama understands equal rights and equality for everyone no matter who you love. Romney hates gay people and feels that they have no true place in this world. Obama believes in womens rights and womens health, as for Romney, Romney believes that shutting down Planned Parenthood and cutting off birth control for women is the best way to go. Romney's team even believes that being raped is something that God intended!!
America! Please make the right choice and let us vote for 4 more years of Obama, he understands, he cares and he is always on our side. If Romney wins, things will be ruined for the lot of us.
Do you agree with me? If not why should I change my mind? Let's hear it America!

Already voted for Romney. It wasn't a perfect choice for me, as I don't like Romney or some of his policies much, and some of the contradictory things he's said have made me dizzy. But I definitely don't like Obama.
I don't think Obama has been a good president. I don't like the way he's by-passed congress with some of his legislation (the immigration amnesty a prime example), I don't like how he's put a spike in the national debt, and I don't think another four years of him is going to be good for America. I am not a believer in "women's rights," I say good riddance to Planned Parenthood, and I'll pay for my own birth control pills.
Some of the things you're claiming are just silly. If Romney is elected then I'm not getting "cut-off" from birth control. Absolute worse case all republican hell has broken loose scenario my insurance wouldn't cover it anymore, but I doubt even that.
"Romney's team even believes that being raped is something that God intended!!"
Romney's team has gone on record to completely disown that comment. Even the Indiana Republican who actually did say it has apologized and tried to rephrase what he meant (which was not "God intends rape" as you appear to have taken it) multiple times.
I should add, I'm not telling you why you should change your mind. Vote for what you believe in. But I'm telling you why I haven't changed my mind.

Aside from nearly everything in your post being inaccurate talking points, the idea of being more concerned about gay marriage than the state of the economy is simply unconscionable. I would suppose that gays, married or not, need a job and gas in the car and a place to live and would benefit from a growing economy. I would also suppose that gays, married or not, would be harmed by being unemployed, rising gas and food prices, rising housing costs, rising taxes and an economy that is tanking.
You know, there won't be much point to all of your social programs if the nation doesn't survive.
As for everything you said about birth control and Planned Parenthood and hating gays and all that is just a complete fabrication of whoever it is that you are listening to - possibly all Obama supporters. It's all inaccurate and inflammatory lies.
If Obama cares about Americans, why didn't he order more security in Benghazi when they begged him for it? If he cares, why did he watch 4 Americans die on a live stream video from Benghazi while not allowing anyone to render assistance to our Ambassador and his staff? IF he cares, why didn't he care about them? What happens when he cares about you no more than he cared about them?

Haha see yall compalin when Obama is helping people and then get mad when you think he is not. Obama has done that and even wanted a bill for it, but guess who turned it down? Don't worry I will wait.... Romeny and his camp do not sit right with me after that whole rape debate. If he had a better plan instead of the same one that Bush had then yeah I would consider, but he has nothing in my opinion. Obama wants jobs, education and rights for women. Romeny wants all the rich people not to pay more taxes. You telling me that you make enough money to pay a higher tax than someone like Trump? I do not have that type of money to do that at all. I look at facts and everything I have said is truth. I speak truth and nothing but that lying is gonna get people no where. Look everything up some do not know, because many people do not know how to go around huge words. They will not flat out be like oh I hate that or I do not want that. They will talk with professon and say other words that make it seem less harsh. I am not gonna say that Obama can't do wrong either though, but I am standing behind that man, because I beleive in a lot that he is doing from Obama care to helping us with our education and getting jobs on the market. American will always be broke, because America is greedy like that.

I tried to understand that, but I admit to being confused. How is Obama helping people? By destroying the economy? BTW, Obama didn't let gays marry, he doesn't have that power. Marriage is controlled by the states, not the federal government. Obama couldn't do that even if he wanted to.
There was a rape debate? I missed that. What channel was that on?
As to the bit about words and saying other words to sound less harsh... is that the "code word" conspiracy theory? I just use English words and find they are sufficient for my purposes.
America is greedy, so it will always be broke... interesting. The government will always be broke if it tries to give every thing wanted by all the people who want something for free. Isn't wanting the government to give you stuff for free when you know someone else is paying for it the very definition of being greedy?

I like Mitt Romney as a person. Problem however with Mitt Romney is that you never know just which Mitt Romney would be appearing when next you have appointment. The Houston Chronicle days ago endorsed Mitt Romney, The Governor of Massachusetts. Got it?
You are correct that Barack Obama has done a lot upon stepping into the White House, though some people would not give him credit. While I share not some of the ideas of president Obama, fact remains: The man made some very drastic moves in order to prevent the inherited sinking financial crisis from going into total depression. Of course, the nation is still not in a healthy financial state. On the other hand, anyone realistic person knows that getting out of a sinking hole is very risky; seeing there is the danger of sinking further ( as any fireman/firewoman or rescue crew would attest to).
You know what I find most hilarious in this Election 2012? The GOP plan, as revealed by Paul Ryan during recent debate with VP Joe Biden, would be to copy from the economic ideas of both Jack Kennedy and Bill Clinton!

I am not from the United States but I am eagerly anticipating the results of the coming presidential elections. I have read many articles and news items regarding Obama and Romney but I am not in a position to make the right choice because the information is somehow limited. However, it's not only you Americans who are awaiting one of the most significant moments in history but the whole world. All eyes will be in your country come election time because your country happens to the world leader. Our only wish is for America to elect a rightful president at this point in time since whatever happens this election will determine your success or your ruin. It will also have a definite effect in the whole world.

I fully agree! And it's not about throwing dirt as someone here mentioned.
Obama is by far the most 'natural' president. You can just tell by looking and listening at him that he's 100% real. Say whatever you want but when Obama became president Bush jr. left him a problematic economy, depths. These are problems you can't fix overnight. And yes it sure is a good thing that Obama understands very well what equality is all about. Americans tend to forget why they left England and Ireland long time ago. And it's all in the constitution: equal rights for everybody.
As Cindy Lauper put it very well: "If one of us is not equal, none of us are".

I am with you there. I have to say that it is a shame how republicans think right now. I mean Romney walking around basically saying nothing and doing nothing in my opinion. He wants to keep his people rich and that is it. We need to tax higher ups so that our economy can get back on track. How are you gonna take more money from people that do not make money to begin with? I am all for women rights being a woman. I know if my daughter was raped I would want justice and if she did not want to keep the baby that is up to her. They so dumb, because kids get raped and end up with a baby inside them. 8 and 9 year olds should not be trying to push out a child at that age. They can die for goodness sakes, but Romeny and his party do not care at all. Obama cannot undo what Bush did for 8 years it is impossible. Yep I say 4 more years of Obama, because he is doing more and so is the first lady. Many first ladies sat there looking pretty Michelle gets out and does stuff and I like that too. I am Team Obama.
