The Past
Can Hurt
But
The Way
I
See It Is
You
Can Either
Run
For It
Or
Learn
For It
Is truth to the quote above, that the past can hurt for anyone and you can't change it, the only way is you find a way run for it or you learn for it,so it wouldn't happening again.
Either way can be use, so it may stop it to hurt you but which way is the best way do you choose, for you, so the past wouldn't hurt you?

The past can hurt, but the most important thing that I would say is that you should never allow your past to get in the way of your future. For example if you had been through a bad relationship with somebody who had hurt you badly, then the best thing that you could do would be just to forget about them and try to move on. You can always take good lessons from the things that you have been through in the past, and this would mean that you would never make the same mistakes again as you once had.

I feel that this is one quote that we should really take heed of. I think most of us have experienced not-so-good things in the past. Some may had been even painful. But that's what life is. We should make use of that experience so that we could avoid such if we again encounter it. If we run away from it, deny the fact that it had happened, chances are we would commit the same mistake in the future.

Hi friend, i like this quote, there is no use in worrying about the past. We must learn from our faults and make our past as our experience i don't run away from the past and learn lessons from the past
