Getting a direct reference is not easy now. A lot of scam site make it more difficult. It even hard to get a referal for MyLot. To get a referral, usually we need a prove that the site really pay us and it is stable. Gain a lot of income will help us get more referral. Most of the people come to the internet want easy, fast and a lot of money. Because of that not many will interested in small amount like earning 10cents a day of 5 dollars a month. But if the program is really good, I'm sure it is easy to get referral.

Personally, I gain referrals from facebook from my offline friends and some from my blog site and myLot. On your profile, you can put your banner there so that if anybody is interested they can visit your profile. But don't put any referral link on the discussion area as it is against the rule of myLot.
