(this thread is only for people who plays sims 3)
I do love playing sims 3 but I cant play it without custom content because I abhor the ugliness of the sims without them. for a long time I don't have problems with the custom contents. Until I got this bad custom content that is worn by a faly I downloaded from the sims exchange, I didnt download the clothes they were but that custom clothing but its part of the sims I downloaded.
One of the is a t-shirt for females but its bugged to be forcely worn by every male characters, giving so many male characters in my town to have bewbs.
then there is this boots that is meant to be worn by women but the dan creator make it wearable for both men , women and children.

I am like you , I cannot play without custom items from far as I can remember all my sims game had custom item. That sound like a annoying bug , I hope I dont come across it thanks for the heads up .

I dont remember downloading that boots and shirt that plagued my town, it make babies look like monsters. The creator of those clothing makes it available for all genders and ages when it supposed to be for women,l then the creator make it a clothng type for every category messing the game.
I think of it from the official exchange of the thesims3.com. apparently a certain female sim I downloaded wears it without my knowledge.
Now my town is bug free. I just download clothes and clothes and hair in sims3pack format so I can easily uninstall them if they were bugged., I dont download sims anymore. I mean I just realized I can actually make good looking sims.
If I will upload sims at the exchange, I will make sure they were bug free.

I remember us discussing on how you didn't like the way the sims looked without custom content.
Those glitches are awful, I looked at the picture and was like wow. I am wondering if maybe the person who created it put a bug in it to do that on purpose, or maybe she or he used an expansion pack you don't have for the game and it works, but still just glitchy.
I play on 360, so no different expansion packs for me, though they have the sims 3 pets for the 360 now and I want to get it.
Can you take the custom content you uploaded away without messing everything else up?

I would review / rate that person then and let others know of your experience. Maybe those who've downloaded before will see it and shed some light, it wouldn't hurt to try either way.

I think some users in the exchange uses shymoo stuff on the sims they created. Shymoo seemed to have a good reputation during sims 2 but this person cant program sims 3. Just imagine every male characters in how game wearing high heeled boots, grows mammariez and all children and babies look like monsters. it took me 2 weeks to delete the shymoo content.
