A lot has happened to me in the past two years, and I think that it is very important in life that you take the time to consider the years that have passed and then think about the things that you want to do in the future. Two years ago I decided that I wanted to lose weight. I was unhealthy, so I started changing my diet and started doing some exercise, and the weight began to come off. Two years later and I am proud to say that I have managed to lose 125lbs of my body weight. It has been a hard road to go down, but I am more than glad that I did it in the end.

for the last 2 years i would say that it was the most challenging year for me as i experienced my biggest downfall in life and started to stand back on track again. Now i can say that probably by the start of next year i can already breath freely and smile without worrying to much in life and as ling as i have god, i know i will be ok and that everything will be fine.

2010 was a very successful year for me because I passed my practical driving test, sold my modern house and bought my bungalow. I love living here and it was exciting to get a new kitchen fitted. I had five double glazing windows put in. My disabled son got a Disabled Facilities Grant. It put in a door, a window, moved a radiator and a wheelchair ramp. In 2010 we went on a trip to Vancouver, in 2011 we went on a trip to Colombia's Caribbean coastline and in 2012 we traveled to Argentina, Chile, Brazil and Uruguay. This summer I drove us to and around Cornwall. It was my first and second time driving on the motorway.

Well, for me, I was also depressed and feeling sad and sorrow last 2 years ago because we lost our brother. We are actually still grieving for his loss but that is life, we have to continue our struggle in life...

Grief is a terrible thing and like you i still suffer with it but try and think of all the happy times we had together, unfortunatley life goes on regardless. I hope you have some supportive friends who will help you through this, my thoughts are with you

The last two years has been more of a roller coaster ride for me. I now have a one year and 9 month old baby boy, I now have more responsibilities to handle but that 2 years made me grow as a person.
