Pheww... my ear nearly fell off!! One debtor to our client, a bank, called up and ask about the status of his file. I have been trying to locate his file but couldn't. And it is an old file, 1986's file, when I was 3 years old. How can I know where the file is. The previous staff sitting here and handled the file is now dead!!! who should I ask. I promised to ask my boss to call him but then my boss is too busy with his Court's cases and didn't call him back. Dang! He is always like that, wherever people ask him to call back, he doesn't. And he seems like don't want to handle small cases... keeping the files piled up until client ask about the status of the file and leave me to answer. Argghhh.... I didn't know how else to answer the debtor's questions and anger. Luckily he cut the line off, haha... bad Monday, bad Monday...
