Need some advice on body conditioning

I really love to exercise as it helps me to be active and sharpen my thinking. But there was sometime ago I did not exercise much as I was too tired to do so. When I have free time I just want to relax and be free from stress. Then years later when I had suddenly the urge to play my favorite sport my whole body was like an old man's body could not move around so much and I easily lost my breath when I started to do some light running. So I decided to do some body conditioning exercises but my body would just got hurt so easily and the joints feel like they are weakening. So I need some advice to recondition my body so that I can as active as before.

I think that the best thing that people can do when they're trying to condition their body is to start running. It is the best exercise, because the majority of people are able to do it to some extent, but yet it can have very good results. It is best to start with just a little exercise every two days, and then build it up gradually so that eventually you're doing something that will really be able to make a difference to your body. Walking can be just as good if you cannot run all that much at the moment, as that can help you to build up to it.

Hi there. I think you just have to stretch your body first before you do your active activities. That's the most important thing in exercising as well as in running. It helps your blood to circulate well and condition your body for the upcoming activities that you will do. And just try to get moving and don't be lazy. :)

Thanks a ton for sharing this discussion. Well i can understand your condition very well and would like to suggest u that whenever u start playing a new sport or start exercising for the first time or even after a long gap then pain in your body is inevitable. It is very much common to have pain throughout the body initially as our body is new to it. So i would like to request u to keep exercising and at the same do Yoga on a regular basis. U can also go for daily walking.
