How do you live a stress free life? Right now im in the mdidle of doing paperwork on getting a house and thats stressing me out and i hope its almost over and im moving into a house soon.
The thing that stresses me the most i think is my job, its not a bad job at all its just the owner always yelling at his wife and being mean and then not looking at the board to see what is scheduled for the day and plans other jobs for the guys to do and then people calling me saying why arent the guys here doing my job and then i have to lie to them and i hate that, its not fair to me at all.
How do you not get stressed?

Well there is for sure a way out of it. I would say to look for another and better job, but you are working on having a house,I would get the house first than later on find another job, because those two are very stressful together.

Honestly I try not to sweat the small stuff but unfortunately sometimes I have no control over it. Rather then trying to eliminate all stress since it is an unrealistic goal I'd try to control it. Going to the gym helps a lot of people unwind or relaxing with your favorite hobby may help.

I also think it is impossible to have a stress free life. We do have stress in some part of our lives and we should try to learn to adapt to changes in life. I also wish that I get a stress free life. I think it is always great to have a stress free life.

Hi lolo, I think its practically impossible to have stress free life. We spend our life trying to better conditions, like family, financial etc. If say we are done with what we planned, we are going to feel bored that we are not doing anything. I mean to say, if you have something to be done, of course you will be stressed. But even if you have nothing to do at all, you feel stressed how to make life meaningful. Still you forget those thoughts for sometime by listening to music, spending time with your loved ones.

There are the days i dont feel any stress at all those are the days that begin with the letter S lol and thats the weekend, i dont have to hear my boss yelling at his desk to his wife and i can go out with family and i can also get some shopping done as well. I feel i have alot to do all the time but i never can get it all done.

stress is a normal part of life and sounds like you are in a pretty stressful situation. no one lives stress free, i don't think but there are ways to lesson your stresses. learn breathing exercises that can help or find things that interest you. if you have no time, you can listen to a book on tape, that sort of thing.

I really wish I knew how to not get stressed out. I get stressed out very easily anymore. I try to act like the day to day stresses of life don't get to me and in choosing not to deal with those stresses as they come at me I let them build up until I flip out about things.
I hope things get better for you at work and once the stress of getting your house goes away that should help you a great deal.

I don't think that there is any type of life that is really stress free, and I am strong believer of the fact that it is not the amount of stress in our lives that is the most important thing, but how we choose to deal with it. I have recently started to use exercise as a way of dealing with my stress, and I know that it is helping because I have found that I am a lot happier since I started doing this. Soon, I hope to be able to start a new exercise class which runs twice each week, and maybe this will mean that I can be even less stressed than I am now.

Its hard to live a stressless life. We always seems to have a few times with stress. I know I do. Being a single mom is a stress on me. health issues stress me as well.

thats good discussion to post. well today the world is very stressful, I dont understand why we all are so stressed. Its so difficult to have a stress free life. all we can do is keep mind calm. and do few stress buster activities, and may be do Yoga exercises. most of us are doing jobs that we don like. wish world gets simpler

I think dealing with OTHER PEOPLE's stress is the hardest part. It totally annoys me to see and hear people complaining about every thing, because it's contagious.
If you try to keep your mind off that, you'll feel a lot better. And try to find some time to do something you love, like watching a tv show or listening to a really good record. It works for me! :)

Well, to me, these would be considered Stressful things, and something you should be a little worried about. Especially when things at work are not always going the Best and stressing you a little. When we were in the process of wanting to buy a house til the day we signed the papers and knew this house was ours, it was stressful. And times when everyone at work is always not getting along and you are pulled in the middle that is not good as well.
For me, when I am stressing due to my job, my Health, finances, etc. the Best thing for me besides relaxing, Praying about everything or playing a game to wind down, is come here on myLot and post in some discussions and things tend to get better from there.

I do not think that there is such a thing as stress free life. I think that every one has stress in their life other just deal with it differntly. I laugh when ever I am stressed out I will just find something funny to laugh at. It seems that laughter reduces the amount of stress that I feel. So when I am stressed out I laugh at my stress and it makes me feel better. It also gives me a moment to forget about it and then to refocus on it later and solve what ever it was that was stressing me out. I really believe that laughter is the best medicine.
