Java disabled?

Hi, my computer tells me that Java is disabled and I have no idea why. How do I enable it? I can't seem to figure it out and it is so frustrating. Please help. Thanks.

Go to java.com and youll see instructions on how to do thaT. yOU may also have a icon on your tool bar to open it.
