I don't normally eat a lot of meat, a few weeks back I bought a big pack of porkchop pack (about 6 - 8 in the pack) on clearance.
I breaded them with shake and bake, and boy I ate 2 earlier and now the other 2. I still have a few more porkchops which I plan on putting together a soup tomorrow with it and leftover veggies.

I love eating meat. I always wanted to become a vegetarian but I couldn't because I love meat too much. I tried only eating fish instead of meat before but I did not work.
I always have trouble cooking pork chop though. My problem is that when I cook it, the meat tends to be too tough. that's why I always buy meat with bones and with marbling because they tend to be more tender even if you over cook them a bit. That sounds great. I normally don't bread pork chops, I think I will try that.

Your comment just made me laugh, co's I could see myself in it. I love meats as well... but I did once try to become a vegetarian but to no avail, the more I eat vegges and avoid meat the more that I'm drooling for it. Too bad I know. hahaha.
I tried fish too but doing it everyday bores my taste buds and eating veggies everyday turns my tummy weird too... too funny! Oh.. the secret to make it tender is not to overcooked it. You marinate it for an hour and you cooked it for eight to ten minutes with high fire of course.

I can buy meat and it sit in the freezer for months. I really don't eat much and eat it in spurts. I bought this big pack as it was cheapier, and will eat it until the pack is gone. But then wont eat pork for months which I guess is a bonus for me and the cost wise.

We typically always have some kind of meat with our dinner every night because of the fact that we do have two small children that need the meat proteins in order that they are able to grow up healthy. However, I've never really had a lot of luck with porkchops. The reason that I don't tend to have good luck with porkchops is because of the fact that I'm not a huge fan of pork. However, I did have my husband fry up some pork chops a couple weeks ago and they were really tasty to be quite honest.

I also love breaded porkchops. Actually it's one of my favorite viands. Pork is also my favorite meat. I love to taste different breaded porkchops in different restaurant as well as it's sauce or gravy. Good day!

Oh... I like breaded pork chops. My friend's family has a restaurant and their specialty is their breaded pork chops. Their pork chops was the yummiest pork chop I have ever tasted. I am actually trying to imitate it but I just can't get the taste i wanted.
Wow. that's loads amount of pork chops there. Reading here and imaging what you've done with your pork chop made me smile big. I can imagine how happy you are with it. You just made me want some today. My cravings is being made alive.
Just some tips friend... don't overdo it. I mean... don't eat your pork every day. Try to eat it in between vegetables.
Happy eating to you and happy mylotting as well.

Wow you must have really loved them, that was alot of pork chops. Heehee, no seriously if you like them that much then go for it. i couldn't eat more than one at a time, and that is the thick ones. i wish my dad would have an appetite like that, he is such a poor eater these days I worry about him. I made some really good pork chops a month or so ago and used a box breading, and after I added some other seasonings they were the best I had made in a long time. The pork itself was so good even without the breading that is.
