I just brought a crock pot now what do I do with it?

Alright all of you Betty Crockers out there I recently purchased a crock pot. I know you can throw all kinds of things in there but I was wondering if anyone had some great recipes they could recommend. I tend to like to cook a lot of chicken. I also love Italian food and many different types of Asian food but I'd be open to any good ideas you'd like to enlighten me with. In fact I've been meaning to try my hand at some home made pasta sauce if anyone has a good recipe for that too.

My best suggestion is soups. You can also do meats and BBQ sauce. But for more recipes I would suggest looking up ideas for crock pot cooking online. Or buy some good recipe books specifically written for crock pots.
